Here are some of the best celeb sightings in Toronto during TIFF so far (PHOTOS)

The stars have descended on the city for the 47th annual Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). There is no shortage of celebrities at TIFF this year and it seems like they are making the most of their time in the city.

The opening weekend of TIFF saw some of the biggest stars in Hollywood throughout the festival area, posing for photos and doing red carpet interviews.

Kicking things off in his predictably eccentric way was Weird Al Yankovic, who attended the premiere of his film Weird: The Al Yankovic Story on Friday, with Daniel Radcliffe, who plays him in the film.

The two hammed it up for the cameras and even had a flash mob of fans dressed as Yankovic follow them around and dance in the streets.

Kate Hudson stunned on the streetcar tracks at the premiere of Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery on Saturday.

Harry Styles greeted fans with a smile on Sunday, looking dapper in a green ensemble as he signed autographs and posed with fans.

Styles was attending the premiere of My Policeman at the Princess of Wales Theatre and even won a TIFF Tribute Award for Best Performance along with the rest of the cast.

Taylor Swift fans were out in huge numbers outside of TIFF Bell Lightbox on Saturday, where Swift introduced her short film All Too Well. Despite the event being completely sold out, fans still showed up with their merch and signage in hopes of greeting the star in person.

Afterward, Swift dined at the high-end European restaurant Opus in Yorkville, reports Toronto Star.

Viola Davis turned her red carpet moment into a family affair. The actress attended the premiere of her film The Woman King with her daughter Genesis and husband Julius.

Anna Kendrick can’t seem to stay away from TIFF, but we haven’t made it easy for her! The actress explained that she forgot her passport on a trip to TIFF a few years back and just this past weekend, Kendrick had to be rescued from an elevator while she was trying to get to her premiere. Thankfully, she has a great sense of humour about all her mishaps!

On Monday, Joe Jonas attended the premiere of his film Devotion with his wife Sophie Turner by his side — the two were a striking pair.

Jennifer Lawrence was greeted by hordes of fans as she attended the debut of her film Causeway on Saturday.

Jenelle Monae dropped jaws in an Iris van Herpen Cosmogonic Myth gown for the Glass Onion premiere.

Tyler Perry’s film A Jazzman’s Blues premiered on Sunday and even Oprah was in attendance.

Natalie Portman arrived fashionably late from her Gala at Roy Thomson Hall with husband and director Benjamin Millepied for the premiere party of Carmen at MARBL.

It seems like we’ve barely scratched the surface of celebrity appearances at TIFF so far and with nearly a week left to go, we’ll be coming in hot with the biggest star sightings as they roll in.
