Get tatted and enjoy tequila cocktails at this unique pop-up coming to Toronto

A night out in Toronto this fall might leave you with something to remember it by. Literally.

On Oct. 1, Mother Cocktail Bar is hosting a one-night-only pop-up where you can sip a complimentary cocktail, hang out at one of the city’s coolest bars and — if you’re feeling adventurous — get some new ink.

INK & DRINK by Mi Campo Tequila is bringing together cocktails, flash tattoos, and a night out in the city, with Toronto being one of three stops across Canada.

How it works

Simply book a roughly 30-minute appointment online beforehand, then arrive 10 minutes before, where you’ll get to choose your favourite design from a selection of flash tattoos.

Once you’ve settled on your pick, you’ll show your photo ID, sign the necessary waivers, and sit down with Toronto-based tattoo artist Roman Arabia.

Roman specializes in traditional, Irezumi, and geek tattoo styles, blending traditional Japanese tattoo techniques with modern pop-culture influences like anime and gaming.

After you’ve been inked, you’ll get aftercare instructions before moving on to more fun: a Mi Campo Tequila cocktail! One complimentary drink is included per person.

Celebrate with Mi Campo Tequila

Mi Campo is made with 100% Blue Weber Agave and draws on traditional Mexican tequila-making, while taking a more contemporary approach to the spirit. With its smooth, soft, and almost sweet profile, it’s a perfect go-to for a classic margarita or paloma.

On top of that, Mother is an award-winning Queen West cocktail bar known for its experimental drinks, natural ingredients, and creative techniques. The bar has also picked up some serious international recognition, recently landing at No. 22 on North America’s 50 Best Bars 2026.

So, basically, you can expect the cocktails to be just as thoughtfully made and exciting as your new tattoo.
