Thinking of making some career moves this year but aren’t sure where to go next? A new ranking of Canada’s best places to work in 2022 might give you some ideas.

These workplaces are the recipients of Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards, earning top scores for getting the best feedback from their employees on the job website. The ranking honours companies with 1,000 or more employees in Canada.

The results are “based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback by completing a company review about their job, work environment, and employer over the past year,” according to Glassdoor.
