On the job hunt but don’t know where to start? These companies have just been named some of the best employers in the world, and that’s coming from employees themselves. Forbes has released its World’s Best Employers ranking for 2021 and among the 750 companies included, 23 of them are based right here in Canada.

To get the results, Statista surveyed over 150,000 full and part-time employees of multinational companies in 58 countries. All of the surveys were anonymous, so people could openly share their opinions.

The employees were asked whether they’d recommend their place of work to friends and family, and rate other employers in their industry compared to their own. They also rated their own company’s policies, opportunities for growth, economic footprint, and more.
