As if you needed another reason to get riled up about the upcoming season, but the Calgary Flames have revealed their Heritage Classic jerseys for 2019-2020. The October 26 game against the Winnipeg Jets goes down in Regina, but we have a feeling we will be seeing more than a few of these around the dome.

The Flames Heritage Classic jersey features a relatively classic design in white. You know, the flaming ‘C’ on the chest, a clean red and yellow colourway, and a nice little shoulder patch to commemorate the classic.

Going deeper into the design, the block letters on the back are an ode to the 1989 jerseys, signifying a three-decade-long link.

As big fans of the Flames’ classic jerseys, the Heritage jersey is right up our alley. No word yet on when they’re going to be for sale, but we’re hoping we can get our hands on them before they’re gone.

The Calgary Flames preseason starts next Monday when they face off against the Canucks at the Scotiabank Saddledome. You can grab tickets for the game here.
