Iconic matcha dessert cafe Tsujiri is opening in Calgary this week!

It ain’t easy being green unless you’re a matcha dessert. Then it’s pretty easy. Iconic Japanese matcha cafe Tsujiri knows all about that, and they’re also opening a Calgary outpost this month! Yaaaayyy!

Tsujiri’s known for their stacked parfaits, teas, daifuku, and other treats made from green tea leaves from Uji in Kyoto. For those who aren’t familiar, the leaves from Uji are ~the real deal~. You can taste the difference here, folks.

We highly recommend popping by for a matcha cappuccino at the very least. These guys are planning on opening this Sunday! Fingers crossed they actually come through, ’cause we could really use a matcha cream puff in our lives. …Actually, make that 17 cream puffs. Catch ya at Tsujiri!
