Oh, man, oh, man, oh, man. We’ve definitely heard a few hockey-heads get pretty verbally aggressive in the heat of the moment but we just assumed all fans were like that. Apparently, some are much worse than others, and who they are may surprise you! According to a study done by Casino.org, Calgary Flames fans are actually the most vulgar in the entire NHL.
By analyzing subreddits, the website was able to tally up how many profane comments were made by fans of every team in the league, and Calgary came out on top.

At 71.9/100 fans of the Vancouver Canucks came in second, with the Philadelphia Flyers and the Colorado Avalanche came in 3 and 4th, with Edmontonians rounding out the top 5. Brutal.
All the way down at the very bottom of the list, the team with the most unproblematic fan base was the Anaheim Ducks. Surprisingly they only averaged about 9.4 vulgar words out of 100.
