Calgary Chef who won ‘Guy’s Grocery Games’ to open burger pop-up tomorrow

We like big buns and we cannot lie – that’s why we were crazy excited when Food Network star, Chef Mike Pigot, announced that he’ll finally open his tasty concept pop-up, Pigot’s Burger Club in Calgary tomorrow, Tuesday, January 12th.

This guy is kind of a culinary genius with several awards, appearances, and accomplishments under his belt, so it’s safe to say that this beefy joint will be well worth the pesky delivery fee.

As the recipient of the 2020 Best Chef in Calgary award and as the champion of Guy Fieri’s Grocery Games, you can bet that you’ll be in for some serious flavour… and also the meat sweats, because these things are huge.

Covered in melted cheese, onions, mushrooms, secret sauce and served with a side of ‘dirty tots’, these portions are as large as the chef’s portfolio so you’re definitely going to want to check it out.

PBC goes live tomorrow at noon on all major delivery apps – so save that appetite of yours, Calgary! It’s going to be a big day for that stomach of yours.
