A new French-inspired restaurant with happy hour every day has opened in Kitsilano

A new French-inspired restaurant is hitting the food scene in Vancouver, and we couldn’t be more excited. Joining the many recently opened restaurants and cafes in the city is Brasserie Coquette, the perfect destination for unique eats & drinks if you like to mix your beach days with dining out!

From lemon Absinthe crepes and pickled garlic scapes to scallop mousse with ink pasta – there are a ton of unique west coast-focused eats to choose from. Chef Stewart Ehrecke of Fiore Italian Restaurant is leading the culinary team, so guests are certainly in good hands.

Brasserie Coquette most recently announced that they are open for lunch from Tuesday to Sunday. Enjoy a Croque Monsieur with a glass of vino or swing by for their everyday happy hour between 3 and 5 pm.

For all weekend and weekday hours, you can visit the restaurant’s website here.

While deets on the neighbourhood spot are a little scarce at the moment – we’re sure the team behind Brasserie Coquette will have a lot to share via their socials following their soft opening this week. We’ll keep our eye out and check back in soon!

We’ll see you there, folks! The newest French restaurant in Vancouver is open for business.
