Toronto’s new upscale steak house is opening soon & it’s hiring

Preparations are underway for the iconic Vancouver restaurant, Black+Blue to open in downtown Toronto. The steakhouse is so close to opening that they’re now looking to hire staff and will be hosting a job fair this February.

Update that resume and stop by the Hyatt Regency at 370 King Street West next month for the Black+Blue job fair where they will be looking to fill all front and back-of-house positions.

The award-winning Vancouver-based restaurant will open its first Ontario restaurant in Spring 2023.

Voted as one of the top 10% of restaurants worldwide, Black+Blue is a classic steakhouse and has become a staple in Vancouver since its opening. We’re definitely getting excited about this one!

The restaurant will be open daily for lunch and dinner, as well as Happy Hour where it will have its own special menu. On top of that, the restaurant plans to introduce weekend brunch shortly after it officially opens. The restaurant group confirmed the news to Curiocity back in December and shared details as to what guests can expect when it opens.

Toronto can enjoy Black+Blue, Canada’s premier steak dining experience, and Glowbal Restaurant Group’s flagship restaurant, once it opens its doors in the city’s Financial District at 130 King Street W.

But for now, those interested in applying can head to the King Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on February 7th.

Don’t forget that resume!
