Spring cleaning can mean a lot of things, maybe for some of you it includes a job hunt. If you’re ready to see what’s out there you’re in luck because LinkedIn just released a list of the 50 best workplaces to grow your career in the US this year. Let’s check them out.

LinkedIn used their own “unique data” to compile this list stating that included companies are “stability in our ever-changing world of work” and also both attracting and retaining workers. All in all seven key pillars were used including ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity and spread of educational backgrounds.

Out of the 50 best workplaces to grow your career in the US, these are the top 10.

  2. Alphabet
  3. Wells Fargo
  4. JPMorgan Chase & Co.
  5. Walmart
  6. IBM
  7. AT&T
  8. Bank of America
  9. Apple
  10. Comcast

It’s no surprise to see local giant Amazon on the list and it also bodes well for Seattleites. After all, that’s a job change that doesn’t require a move and has plenty of open opportunities. Not only that but Amazon has recently raised wages for many of it’s employees and pays 100% of college tuition for frontline employees.
