Popular French-inspired bakery to open a new location in Vancouver & here’s where

Listen up, pastry lovers. Parisian-style fave Beaucoup Bakery is getting a new location in downtown Vancouver, and its doors open in just a few short days. So get ready for another spot for soft, flaky croissants and decadent desserts!

Known for their seasonal pastries and indulgent flavours, Beaucoup is no stranger to creating some of the most inventive French-inspired bites in town. From almond croissants and pain au chocolat to yuzu tarts and peanut butter and jelly cookie sandwiches, there’s something for every kind of sweet tooth here.

“This project has been a long time coming, and we are so excited to finally open our doors at St. Regis Hotel and highlight our creations in downtown Vancouver,” explains pastry chef Betty Hung. “The space is beautiful, and we hope it’ll remind people a little bit of their travels to Europe, while they sip on coffee and snack on pastries.”

The new spot will feature 1,300 square feet of space, housing all of Beaucoup’s most popular treats, including butter croissants, pain au chocolat, and kouign amann – as well as some delicious new flavours.

What’s new on the menu? Pistachio Raspberry, Hazelnut Dulcey, Whiskey Chocolate, and Coconut Chocolate & Coffee cake flavours. As well, guests can soon expect to snack on sandwiches and new lunch items, according to a recent release.

Finally, there are five new oat tea latte drinks you can sip on at the new location: Shizuoka Matcha Blanc, Hojicha Noir, Roasted Oolong, Yasmina, and Parisian Fog.
