One of Puget Sound’s most prominent estates has hit the market with over 1,800 feet of private shoreline

Washington has a plethora of waterfront homes, but really no two are exactly alike especially when it comes to estates and island properties. Now, one of the premier Puget Sound estates has hit the market and it’s every bit as grand as you might imagine. Let’s take a look at this double-lot Bainbridge Island estate.

This estate comes with two homes, a main, 5-bedroom home built in 1933 and a secondary 3-bedroom, waterfront guest home built in 2005. The original home features beautiful millwork as well as a “gracious scale.” Perhaps the best and most impressive part of the poetry is the impressive 1,892 feet of shoreline that comes with it.

The shoreline has great views of Bainbridge Island’s popular Port Madison and also has a commercial-quality dock with both a float and a boathouse.

While you have all of that amazing water to swim in, the estate also comes with a stunning 185-foot seawater pool. That’s not all though, the pool is framed by sprawling lawns, tall firs, colorful gardens, and a calming fountain.

If you’re purchasing an estate like this, it’s likely that you have a few cars which is why the property has not one but two spacious garages. There’s also a shop, giving you room to work on those hobbies and projects.

Last but certainly not least, there’s a two-stall barn with a paddock and a turn-out because you might as well have a few horses.

As you might guess, this Bainbridge Island home comes with a high price tag, $14,000,000 to be exact. Psst, don’t forget about the property taxes which are $41,158 a year.
