Spirit of Storm Crow: An occult French-inspired bar is coming to Vancouver

If you’re bummed about spooky season being over, we’ve got great news for you. Vancouver is getting a new occult-themed bar, created by the same visionaries behind Storm Crow.

Launching in early December, Arcana Spirit Lounge is set to invite guests in for a variety of spirits – and we don’t just mean drinks.

Food & drink

The cocktail menu promises to be “tarot-forward,” with each drink named after a card in the Major Arcana tarot pack.

Guests can expect to enjoy house-made shrubs and syrups with each beverage (mocktails too!) – akin to the unique drinks formerly served at Storm Crow.

As for food, Arcana will serve up French-inspired upscale comfort food like steak tartare, their signature “croque Sorcière,” and their housemade kettle chips and dips.

Opening & info

The new spot is keeping its official location under wraps for now, teasing a hidden spot that’s “not what it seems,” according to an email to Curiocity.

“The eyes are the windows to the soul, and the doors to knowledge,” the email reads.

In a recent Instagram story, the bar teases its address:

The occult bar will open its doors from 5 pm to 12 am on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and will open until late on Fridays and Saturdays.

So there you have it, Vancouver! Stay tuned for more info as it comes, including Arcana’s address and anticipated opening date.
