First Hill just got a new Laotian pizzeria & dive bar

From Taurus Ox comes Ananas Pizzeria, a brand new Laotian pizza spot and dive bar on Seattle’s First Hill. The new restaurant is “designed to satisfy every palate”, diners will find a range of dishes from classic to more adventurous options. Here’s a look at the menu.

The Ananas Pizzeria menu is small and divided between slices and whole pizzas.

When it comes to slices you can choose between cheese, pepperoni, and ananas. The namesake slice is made up of Canadian bacon, pineapple, jalapeno, togarashi, red sauce, and mozzarella.

The menu of full pizzas includes classics like cheese, and pepperoni as well as a green pesto pizza.

When it comes to more adventurous pies, you can try items like the Birds Eye Honey, Chorizo and Olives, and Lao Pizza. Some of the unique ingredients among those slices include bamboo shoots, birds eye chili honey, and hen of the wood mushroom.

Of course, with the dive bar aspect, you’ll also find beer, wine, and spirits. So what are you waiting for?
