We know that affordable rentals in Vancouver are few and far between. Fortunately, it looks like the average rent for an unfurnished one-bedroom has decreased to $2,640 per month, according to a recent report by Rentals.ca. Not too big of a difference compared to last month, but a small step in the right direction! And what’s more, there are several rentals in Vancouver that are available for less than this average. So if you’re looking for a new space to call home, here are 6 of the most affordable rentals you can find in the city right now.
