Calgary Flames

The Goal

Increase awareness surrounding the Calgary flames, along with increase ticket sales for the team. Curiocity developed a unique campaign for social media by capturing the fan experience in order to reach a broader demographic.

The Campaign

Curiocity conducted monthly production shoots to capture lifestyle focused content that would showcase the overall experience of attending Flames games. Curiocity used this authentically produced content to advertise on both our website and Instagram with casual messaging to promote upcoming games, ticket sales, and current promotions.

Strategy

Curiocity conducted a full assessment of the CSEC’s current offerings to pinpointed specific features, services, and initiatives that we felt could appeal to a broader audience. Monthly production shoots were based on capturing the full fan experience to appeal to a larger demographic that weren’t necessarily hockey fans. By focusing on what Calgary would like to both see and experience, we were able to capture content and entice our audience to attend and support the Calgary Flames.

Results

Increase brand awareness surrounding the Calgary Flames while creating a larger audience base for the CSEC team on social media. We developed content for the Calgary Flames social channels that captured the fan experience in a way that had never been done before, which gave a more authentic feel to attending games.
