Do you want to introduce a new furry family member into your life? Well, you’re in luck because there are so many adoptable puppies and kittens in Ontario right now.
The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society has many amazing cats, dogs, and small animals available for adoption at its 13 animal centres across the province.
All of the animals adopted from the Ontario SPCA are spayed or neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations, said the organization in an emailed statement to Curiocity.
Not only that but they are also sent to their new home with food from Royal Canin.
However, it’s important to note that adopting an animal is a serious commitment.
“Welcoming an animal into your life is a big responsibility and a commitment for the lifetime of that animal,” says the Ontario SPCA.
“Before adopting, do your research on what type of animal might be best suited to your lifestyle and make sure you understand what that animal will need for care throughout its life.”
Below are just some of the many precious dogs and cats ready to find their fur-ever homes in Ontario.

If you’re not ready to adopt, donations go a long way at the Ontario SPCA to help provide care and shelter for the animals.
