A new Venetian-inspired wine bar is coming to Vancouver’s Fairmont Pacific Rim

We all miss traveling but soon you’ll be able to be transported to Venice at a new local restaurant. A Venetian-inspired wine bar by the name of giovane bacaro is opening at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel this spring. And it comes from award-winning BC-based hospitality group Kitchen Table Restaurants, so you know it’ll be good.

Giovane bacaro is inspired by the hidden gems found in Venice. So you can expect a warm and inviting new dining spot that has a wine bar, dining room, and lounge. And if you happen to be a bit of a wine fanatic this spot will probably become a new fave of yours. Because they’ll have a specific focus on wines from the Veneto and Piemonte regions.

Don’t worry because this spot is also going to have some amazing eats. You’ll be able to enjoy seasonal rotating menus with both small and large-plate offerings. And some of those offerings include Cicchetti, Italian paninis, pasta, and much more, including dessert.
