Two big names in the city are joining forces this December! The Edmonton Christmas Market is teaming up with Fort Edmonton Park to bring you one amazing destination for the holidays. You’ll get the best of both worlds, but it’s only going to be on for a few days! Here’s what to know.
Basically, both the market and the park are pulling out all the stops. In addition to the local vendors and artisans you can always expect, there will be seasonal treats and fun activities to look forward to. Guests will be able to take sleigh rides, hop on the carousel, and enjoy both roving performances and theatre shows throughout the day.

Between the shopping and the fun, you’ll be thankful to enjoy a festive European food menu that’s being created for the weekend. And, if you’re thinking it might be a good date spot, know that there’s also a cocktail bar just waiting for you to kick your feet up at.
The final kicker? The Christmas Market at Fort Edmonton Park will also be hosting Santa for a few visits this weekend! It’s like everything we could want from the holiday season rolled into one experience, and we can’t wait to check it out.
