If you’re a fan of festive eats and holiday-themed drinks, you’ll definitely want to mark your calendars for this one. ‘A Christmas Cocktail Story’ is coming to Vancouver in early December, and the retro-themed pop-up bar will feature an array of delicious food & drink.
On the menu is a slew of traditional Americana eats served up by Chef Karl Gregg of Rosie’s BBQ, including deviled eggs, pigs in a blanket, pull-apart Christmas knots, and more.

And to drink, guests can expect festive classics like the Blue Hawaiian and Christmas Old Fashioned, as well as a ton of unique options. The bartending and drink curating wizards? Scotty Marshall and former Vancouver Bartender of the Year, Ron Oliver.
From “The Lump of Coal” (ginger syrup, Ledaig scotch/honey jack, & Monkey Shoulder scotch) to the Christmas in Mazatlan (tequila, sherry, handmade egg nog, cinnamon, nutmeg, & ice) – there’s definitely some sips for every palate.
Tickets to the event are $36.50 a pop, and include a festive punch, a sampler plate of appetizers, and one cocktail of your choice. Note that additional food and drink will be available for purchase as well.
‘A Christmas Cocktail Story’ will pop up at Dalina in Chinatown from December 1st to December 23rd, with bookings available starting at 6:30 pm.
