Alberta’s food scene is one to watch and with new players like Prickett Richard in Calgary, we have a feeling it will continue to impress.
From small plates to unique and incredible-sounding cocktails, this dimly lit bar is set to host its grand opening tonight, Friday, November 4th – and here’s what you can expect.
Located on 17th avenue, Prickett Richard is described as being the ‘underbelly’ of Comer Block BBQ – a popular spot with a meaty menu and an incredible patio.
However, while both establishments are classic and sophisticated, this vintage speakeasy-style spot will focus less on serving full meals and more on liquid courage.
As we mentioned, guests will be able to indulge in small plates like oysters, tartare and pickled melon with prosciutto – but the star of the show will be their many sips.
