Looking for a spooky spot to drink your creepy cocktail? You’re in luck because the Sons of Vancouver Distillery in North Vancouver has created its very own haunted house bar this Halloween. What’s more, it’s influenced by (and even has some props from) an iconic Vancouver name.

The name in question is the often talked about, but not very long-lasting, Dark Manor Inn. Only in business for less than a year, this sister spot of the Shameful Tiki Room was fashioned after a Victorian haunted house, and came with the design touches to match. But enough about them.

When the Dark Manor Inn went under, the Sons of Vancouver bought up a fair bit of their props! And now, they’re ready to show it off to the public. As you choose between ‘cursed libations’ and ‘eternal elixirs’, you’ll find yourself in a dimly lit room, surrounded by old photographs, creepy music, and of course, some dolls for good measure.

Let’s recap- spooky setting, delicious cocktails, and the opportunity to support local! If this doesn’t check all the boxes for your next Halloween-themed night out, we don’t know what does.
