If you’re saving up for a trip to Japan one day, we’ve got great news for you. Low-cost Japanese airline ZIPAIR Tokyo recently announced its new service between Tokyo and Vancouver, which launches this March.

This marks the airline’s fourth route across the Pacific Ocean, joining routes to LA, San José, and San Francisco.

The first ZIPAIR flights will depart from Tokyo Narita on March 13th.

Below is the flight schedule for the new ZIPAIR route:

From July 1st to September 30th, flights will arrive in and depart from Vancouver 25 minutes later, at 8:45 am and 10:45 am respectively.

From October 1st to 26th, the flight schedule will return to that of March 31st to June 30th.

Passengers can book their tickets online up to 90 minutes before their preferred departure time.

Fares & seating

ZIPAIR offers passengers two different types of seating to choose from: A premium ZIP Full-Flat seat, or one of five types of Standard seats.

Standard seats from Vancouver to Tokyo start at $300 one-way, and $1,050 one-way for Zip Full-Flat.

Each fare includes a maximum of 7 kg of carry-on baggage, with checked baggage available at an additional cost.

Note that in-flight meals and additional services are not included.
