It’s been a while since dinosaurs walked the Earth in Washington state. We’re talking over 65 million years ago. But if you’ve ever wanted to see what dinosaurs are like up close and personal you can do just that at the Woodland Park Zoo. The zoo’s brand new, immersive Dinosaur Discovery exhibit opens this May and lets you walk among dozens of life-sized dinos.

The Dinosaur Discovery exhibit is presented by T-Mobile and features dinosaurs from renowned animatronics maker Dino Don Inc. Trust us, these hand-made dinos will probably blow your expectations out of the park. In fact, you might just be convinced that you’re in Jurassic Park. So don’t scare yourself too silly, especially when it comes to the dinos that are over 30 feet tall.

Now, this exhibit is technically aimed at younger folks. But as full-grown adults, we’re definitely going to check this out. Because it really isn’t every day that you get to experience roaring and breathing prehistoric giants. And it’s just one more excuse to check out our favorite zoo ever. Plus it’s worth mentioning that all ticket proceeds from the exhibit go back to helping care for the animals at the Woodland Park Zoo. That’s a win-win if you ask us.

The Dinosaur Discovery exhibit will only be on for a limited time so we highly recommend that you purchase zoo tickets in advance. Because we have an inkling that this is going to be super popular. And you definitely don’t want to miss out. So if you’d like to learn more or snag a ticket or two, you can click below.
