Well foodies, here’s another opportunity to enjoy a truly unique and maybe even once in a lifetime meal. Because The Great Wheel is now offering dinners aboard the pier front Ferris wheel. That means you get to sit about 175 feet above ground lookout over Elliott Bay.

The meals come from next-door neighbor the Fisherman’s Restaurant. So that means you can enjoy menu items like prawn salad, grilled salmon, and of course dessert. We have to say this one of the more creative offerings we’ve seen from a business or restaurant in a while. And we might just have to try it out for ourselves.

The Great Wheel cars can accommodate 4 diners and each meal comes to $152.50 per person. So when you think about the cost of food and experience combined, it’s actually a pretty great deal. Who knows, maybe if this becomes popular enough, more restaurants will be able to partake in this dining experience.
