Phin has been open for a few months now and serves up a few different varieties of Vietnamese coffee. And they also have options for non-coffee drinkers. Plus they have a few treats like pandan waffle, flan with coffee ice cream, and Vietnamese yogurt. So you can enjoy a coffee and a treat.

We love that Phin has a small and simple menu and also that they offer homemade condensed milk as well as oat milk for non-dairy drinkers.
