Under the direction of one of Canada’s finest chefs, Executive Chef Andrew Richardson (Cioppino’s, CinCin), Elisa has flourished as a revamped take on the classic steakhouse experience, according to the ranking.
Guests can choose from a selection of prime cuts from the best local and international suppliers, which range from Canadian and U.S. Prime beef to wood-fired Japanese Wagyu.
This includes World’s Best Steaks “must-try” – the Black Angus bone-in ribeye from Alberta, which offers a tempting blend of texture and taste.
In addition to beef, Elisa offers an array of seafood, chicken, and vegetarian-friendly dishes, including whole roasted chicken, branzino and cavolo nero, and crispy cauliflower with cermoula and sumac.
The restaurant’s wine list features both local BC wines and international sips, curated to bring out the rich flavours of the steaks and sides.
Elisa is open daily from 4:30 pm to midnight, with dinner starting at 5 pm.
