White Spot’s new concept kitchen is opening next week & you can be first to try their new dishes

Great news, foodies of Vancouver! White Spot is launching a fresh new restaurant concept called R+D Kitchen at The Amazing Brentwood, and it opens to the public on Tuesday, May 10th!

R+D kitchen was designed to be a place where you can socialize with your peers, indulge in White Spot classics like the Crispy Halibut Burger or the Chicken and Mushroom Fettuccine, and try some new drinks and bites as well.

A changing roster of innovative ‘test’ dishes created by White Spot Executive Chef James Kennedy and his team will be available, so you’ll have the chance to try them out before they’re even on the menu! Sounds like a tasty way to get the inside scoop.

R+D Kitchen offers lunch, happy hour, dinner, and weekend brunch menus that take everything you already love about White Spot and amp it up. We’re talking, Truffled Mushroom Wagyu Burger, Prawn & Bacon Benny, and so much more.
