It’s been a hot second since we looked at some of West Van’s homes for sale, and this one is too fun to pass up. This mansion in the British Properties is a fine example of contemporary architecture, and comes with some great touches on the interior design front.
Only built in 2018, the home offers 5 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms across a sprawling 9,242 square feet of living space. And, that includes 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with their own ensuites. Yeah, everyone living here will be feeling bougie during their morning routine, and rightfully so.

Naturally, a home of this calibre also comes with some very fun spaces to hang out in. The home follows a ‘business upstairs, party downstairs’ layout, offering everything from a media lounge with a wet bar, to a games room, to an in-home theatre setup. There are also two kitchens, just in case you don’t want to walk upstairs to make some munchies while you’re hanging out in the backyard.
But, what really caught our eyes were all the unique touches around the house. You’ve got a live tree just chilling in the front foyer, and extensive use of stone that goes above and beyond the classic quartz/marble look. Our personal favourite is the pinkish wall in the theatre room, which we’re guessing is either rose quartz or even salt?
Whatever the case, the prestigious location, massive space, and fun touches quickly add up. If you’re looking to buy this home, know that the list price is sitting at $7,998,000. Hmmm, it might be time to buy a lottery ticket…
