Washington just got its first public floating sauna! Outdoor enthusiasts can head to Kirkland to check out Von Sauna for a refreshing experience.

According to Von Sauna, their sauna “is custom designed to connect you with nature and to deliver a deep heat like you have never experienced.”

They add that it is a practice in balance, “the deep, soothing heat of the sauna meets the chilly, natural beauty of Lake Washington’s waters to leave you feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and energized.”

Onboard the floating sauna, users will find a changing room with individual lockers, a hot room with comfortable seating for up to 12, and a deck with space for your cool down.

If will cost you $40 for a seat in the sauna, or if you are looking for a more private experience, you can do that for $600.

Time slots for the public seatings start at 7 AM and go until 5:30 PM.

Private bookings are only available at 7AM, 10AM, 1PM, and 4PM.

Von Sauna is located on Lake Washington, down in the marina at Carillon Point.
