While there is no shortage of amazing burger spots in Seattle, sometimes you just get the craving for an In-N-Out burger. And while today, Washington State does not have any locations of the popular Cali burger joint, looks like this is about to to change.

According to the City of Ridgefield, they may be the first spot in Washington to get an In-N-Out Burger location.

“We can confirm that the City has received an application from In-N-Out Burger for an In-N-Out location in the Union Ridge Town Center development,” states the City on its Facebook account.

“Our permitting and engineering team has worked closely with In-N-Out to ensure they are not only creating enough queuing spaces to avoid backups onto roads, but also that the design of the building will be unique, high-quality and complementary to Ridgefield.”

The location will be close to a Costco, as well as a McDonald’s.

Ridgefield is about two hours away from Seattle, so it isn’t that close, but also it is within state lines!

In-N-Out Burger first opened in 1948 in California as the state’s first drive-thru hamburger stand. By the end of 2023, they had opened their 400th location.

At this time, you can find the popular burger spot in eight states including California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Colorado and Idaho.
