Washington has been ranked as one of the worst states to drive in

Things have been going pretty well for Washington state when it comes to the news. But the good times can’t last forever. Especially now that Washington is being recognized as one of the worst states to drive in. Whomp whomp.

But if you’ve lived here a while, this should be no surprise. After all, it’s a pretty well-known fact that driving in Washington absolutely sucks. However, there are a couple of factors that go into our new ranking from WalletHub.

What makes Washington particularly bad is our cost of gas, poor infrastructure, traffic, car theft, and more. So while it’s true that the city has some spectacularly bad drivers, it’s not just the individuals themselves. And before you get too defensive, we actually aren’t the worst, we’re the third-worst.

But because you’re probably curious, we’ll let you know the states considered the worst. They are California and Hawaii which seems pretty normal to us.
