It’s worth noting that 14 cities along the Pacific made up Lawn Love‘s top 25. Seattle brought home the bronze, thanks to abundant water, mountain, and city views. Bellevue, living up to its name in French belle vue, which translates to “beautiful view” scored 9th place thanks to its location and views of natural wonders like Mount Rainier and the Cascade Range.

Beauty is subjective and if you’re wondering, Lawn Love created the ranking by gathering publicly available data on the factors like share of available waterfront homes, share of available homes with park views and more. These factors were then grouped into five categories: water views, mountain views, city views, park views, and air quality. From there the rankings were created.

Before you click out, you might as well take a look at 2022’s cities with the worst residential views.
