Love sweets? How about Portland’s iconic Voodoo Doughnut? Well, get excited because the beloved semi-local chain is officially opening in Seattle. Here’s what we know so far.
According to an to a post by the popular shop, the purveyor of highly decorated doughnuts is opening a brand new location on Capitol Hill’s Pine Street. It’s located in close proximity to places like the Starbucks Roastery and is on the backside of the Melrose Market building.

The new location will join the chain’s 20 other businesses which are located across the nation in states like Oregon, Colorado, Texas, and Tennessee. According to the chain’s website, they are also opening new shops in Dallas and Chicago. While it is Seattle’s first location, Voodoo Doughnut does have a location in Vancouver, Washington.
At this time there is no estimated opening date, however, Voodoo does say they will give updates as the new shop progresses. We will of course be here to update you with any and all information as it becomes available. Until then, head to Vancouver or one of the several Oregon shops to get your sweet fix.
