Late fall and ski season are on the way here in Washington and that means before you know it, you’ll be able to hit the slopes at Snoqualmie Pass. While most who ski know that Washington has some great hills, you may not know that Washington happens to have one of the largest night skiing areas in America.

That’s right, the Summit at Snoqualmie Pass is one of the largest night skiing areas in the entire country. What’s more, according to Boyne Resorts, it was actually the second place in the entire country to offer night skiing when it first opened.

Today, the mountain is proud to offer “the most night skiing in the US” with runs available at all three areas – Summit West, Summit Central, and Alpental. That means you have nearly 600 acres to discover and enjoy.

Not only is it an entirely different way to experience the mountain, it’s also the perfect way to enjoy skiing after work. Benefits include discounted prices and skiing until 10 PM. Go solo, bring your friends, or maybe even your coworkers. No matter what you choose, it’s a classic winter activity that you can partake in right here in Washington.

At this time, the Summit has a projected opening day of the first or second week of December. If you’d like to purchase a pass, this year’s costs range in price from $439-$799. Lift ticket prices have not yet been released for this season.

As always, we will update you with any and all new information as it becomes available. Until then, get your gear together and get ready to enjoy the Summit at Snoqualmie.
