For almost a decade now, Brewery & the Beast has been providing hungry diners with the ultimate culinary experience. And, after a one-year hiatus, it’s returning to Vancouver this September! What’s more, the organizers just revealed a ton of info about what you can expect. So, let’s check it out.

This year, Brewery & the Beast is opting for a more ’boutique’ experience, which means you’ll have a little more breathing room during the all-you-can-eat (and drink) experience. Yeah, this is one of those situations where you’ll want like a grapefruit and a coffee for breakfast, just to save room for the afternoon.

Some of the city’s best restaurants are set to return to the one-day-only affair. These names include Boulevard, Torafuku, La Mezcaleria, and Nightingale. What’s more, there are a few new names joining the party that you won’t want to miss, like Savio Volpe, giovane bacaro and Straight & Marrow.

And of course, the libations lineup is nothing to shake a stick at, either. While beer is kind of the name of the game, there will also be delicious ciders, craft cocktails, and other alcoholic drinks to enjoy. And, once again, this is a no-holds-barred event, so don’t worry about an $11 highball.

This event has had a knack for selling out in past years. So, we recommend grabbing a ticket as soon as you can once they’re released on Wednesday, July 14th. For more information, just click the link below!
