Seasons in the Park
Perched at the top of Queen Elizabeth Park is Seasons in the Park. This spot provides a great view of our skyline, looking north towards the mountain. A great spot for a full-fledged dinner, try to time your visit with sundown so you can watch the city of glass light up.

Where: Queen Elizabeth Park
The Teahouse
While the views from this spot aren’t spectacular, its proximity to Third Beach makes it a no brainer for anyone who wants to spend some time in Stanley Park. Grab a relaxed lunch and stroll around the beach a bit, or spend the day at the beach and head over after, either work.

Salmon House on the Hill
Probably the best place to go for a full vista of Vancouver. This spot sits just above the Trans-Canada Highway in West Van and gives an amazing view of downtown Vancouver and the Burrard Inlet. If you’re going to be making the drive, just make reservations in advance and request a window table.

Pier 7
Right at the bottom of the Lonsdale Quay lies Pier 7. We recommend taking the Seabus over in the morning, exploring the area a little bit (don’t forget to check out the Polygon Gallery), then chilling on their patio during happy hour.

Boathouse
Right beside Kits beach, The Boathouse is a great way to cap off a day of shopping and laying around on the beach. Try and find a timeframe when it’s not going to be too busy, like mid-afternoon, and enjoy people watching with a great background.

Cactus Club English Bay
Another waterfront beach spot, Cactus Club on English probably has the best setting for a patio in the city. It’s super busy in the summer, so make sure you pick a time to eat where you’ll actually be able to sit on the patio, otherwise, you’ll be better off eating at another spot in the West End.

Five Sails
Nestled in the Pan Pacific Hotel, Five Sails offers great views and a Pacific Northwest-inspired menu. This is definitely the most balling restaurant on this list, so only go if you’re ready to spend some cash.

Miku
Practically right beside Five Sails, Miku has an amazing menu and some really solid views. With a focus on aburi (pressed sushi) and other Japanese dishes, Miku is the answer for those who want to experience Vancouver’s views and its culinary gems.
Hours: Sunday to Wednesday, 11:30AM-10PM, Thursday, 11:30AM-10: 30 PM, and Friday/Saturday, 11:30AM-11PM
