Happy late New Year’s, folks! If you’re thinking of starting on a healthier foot, then this list of healthy delivery and takeout options in Vancouver should be right up your alley. We’re going for variety here, instead of just listing all the vegan spots or something. And remember, all things in moderation!

Anyway, here are some amazing spots for healthy delivery and takeout in Vancouver.

Kokomo

We dream about Kokomo, the food here is seriously to die for. And if you haven’t had the opportunity to try their food this is the time to do so. We’re big fans of their bowls and love how tasty they are while packing a serious nutritional punch. Plus they’re all plant-based and we love that.

Eternal Abundance

This Commercial Drive classic makes some of our favourite plant-based eats in the city. Their menu ranges from raw items to bowls, to soup and much more. They even have some pretty tasty desserts that are surprisingly healthy. And since Eternal Abundance is also a grocery store, you can call in your grocery order and the staff will have it ready for you to pick up when you arrive.

Ramen Danbo

This eternally popular ramen spot is our number 1 pick for healthier options. Danbo has not one, but three different vegan options, ranging from classic to rekka (spicy) and miso broths. Craving some pork though? The Negi-Goma options come with extra sesame seeds and scallions.

Green Leaf Sushi

Really, you can put any sushi place here, but Green Leaf is one of our favourite stand-bys. We like that they’ve masted both traditional rolls as well as the more impressive ‘abura’ pressed sushi. Pair a few different options with a salad, and enjoy a relatively healthy meal with an evening binging Netflix.

The Naam

Up until this year, The Naam had been a go-to 24/7 spot for hungry Vancouverites. Right now, that’s not possible, but they still offer delicious meals and dishes from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep (more or less). They have an expansive menu ranging from plant-based comfort food to salads and more.
