3838 Rupert Street: $1,750+/month
With one, two, and three-bedroom options, Twenty-Two Terrace offers a variety of options for residents of the Renfrew Heights community. There are over 1,000 square feet of indoor amenity space next to a rooftop terrace, which adds a great social lounge/ co-working space for those who like to venture out of their cozy units. You don’t even have to leave the building for groceries — there’s a grocery store and bakery on the main floor!
Oh, and if you sign a two-year lease, you’ll get a year’s worth of TELUS OPTIK high-speed internet and TV for free!
1655 Haro Street: $1,880+/month
At the centre of West End (and all the delicious eats on Denman Street) is a quiet, tree-lined apartment complex with recently renovated one-bedroom suites. If you work near the business district, this would be an ideal spot.
Included in the rent are heat and hot water.
1644 Nelson Street: $1,890/month
This well-kept high rise is at the perfect spot on Nelson Street in the heart of Vancouver’s downtown. Pretty standard in terms of amenities, with an on-site laundry room, storage lockers, elevators, and heat and hot water included in rent. If you consider great views to be up there on your list of preferences, this may be the find for you.

1454 Pendrell Street: $1,921/month
Another West End find – 1454 Pendrell boasts a fitness room, storage lockers, and sizable balconies on all of their one-bedroom suites. The building is pet-friendly and less than a five-minute walk to Davie Street.
8616 Oak Street: $1,930/month
Bridgewater Apartments is situated at Marine Gateway – South Vancouver’s hotspot for all-things shopping at Cambie and SW Marine Drive. T&T Market, Shoppers, Winners, banks, a pub, and even a Cineplex movie theatre are all well within your grasp at this rental. The one-bedroom units are pet-friendly, include water in rent, and have pretty sizable balconies.
