Here are all the artists performing at this year’s Vancouver Folk Music Festival

The Vancouver Folk Music Festival is one of the most celebrated events of the summer, and hearing that the 2023 festival was cancelled earlier this year was definitely not the news we were hoping for. But now, that’s all water under the bridge, and the organizers just released its artist lineup!

According to its website, the organizers plan to use the 2022 festival as a template for this year, with the help of a new, larger board of directors dedicated to making the 46th annual festival one to remember.

“In the past month, new funders have come forward with substantial offers to help the festival happen this year. In addition, we have had an outpouring of volunteer support to assist in many aspects of getting the festival organized and launched. Other festivals have stepped up to assist with booking performers,” reads the festival’s website.

We can definitely appreciate the ‘all for one, and one for all’ mentality!

So now, let’s dive into the 2023 lineup. Here are all the artists slated to take the stage:

Each year, the folk fest draws more than 40,000 people to the beautiful Jericho Beach for a weekend of dancing, eating and vibing. There are also children’s activities available, which makes the event a huge draw for families as well.

In the meantime, you can help support this year’s festival by donating directly to the organizers. Oh, and early bird tickets are now on sale, offering the lowest prices of the year!

Adult weekend passes are available online until June 5th for $200 each, with student, elder, and child pricing options as well.

So there you have it, Vancouver! Get ready for music that will have you on your feet no matter how hot the sand is.
