If you’re a fan of all things charcuterie and fine wine, this is for you. The iconic Vancouver Cheese and Meat Festival is back at the Pipe Shop in North Vancouver this fall, and while it might be a little early to dive into the full list of vendors, the first wave of the lineup is out now.

Guests can expect to mingle with local food and beverage vendors galore, with samples of their finest creations (including vegan options) – and all with a personal charcuterie board in hand. From dreamy cheeses and savoury meats to refreshing sips of bubbly, you’ll have plenty to indulge in here.

Below is the first wave of Vancouver vendors that guests can expect to peruse this year:

  • Beecher’s Cheese
  • Little Qualicum Cheese
  • Johnstons Meats
  • Ferndale Farmstead Cheese
  • Nomad Cider
  • Resurrection Spirits
  • Nawel’s French Patisserie
  • Yeshi’s Foods
  • Stillhead Distillery

In addition to mouthwatering bites, guests can sip on an assortment of delicious cocktails, brews, wine, cider, and more, and learn about what each selection best pairs with.

Tickets are on sale online for $94.74(+ fees) each, and include two hours of tasting at the session of your choice. Note that vendors are the same for each tasting session, so rest assured that you’re not missing out by selecting one time over another.

Organizers also urge guests to resist the temptation of lining up for vendors during their tasting sessions, as there is plenty of time to try them all. “Please come back to a table later if more than eight people are waiting,” they say on the event page.

Stay tuned for more info as it’s released, including the full list of vendors for 2023.

With that said, happy grazing, Vancouver!
