We already love UNIQLO for their quality basics and cool, clean style. But a designer collab? We’re all over it.
UNIQLO’s first collaboration with British designer, Claire Waight Keller was a huge hit, so now they’re back with an all-new collection for spring/summer 2024.
The UNIQLO : C collection is airy, eclectic, colourful – and just the injection of whimsy needed after a long, dreary winter.
Claire Waight Keller comes with some pretty impressive accolades, with stints at big fashion houses like Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, and Gucci. She was also the first female artistic director at the historic French fashion house, Givenchy.
Her aesthetic marries a blend between modern and timeless – making her style a natural fit for UNIQLO.
Just picture yourself breezing down the street in one of these effortless pleated skirts.
Go from the cool of the morning to the sun-drenched heat of the afternoon with ease. All of these pieces combine and layer effortlessly for playful proportions and that classic, stripped-down elegance UNIQLO is known for.
The highlight of this collection would definitely be the airy dresses and skirts. Say hello to pleats that swish while you walk and capture a vibe that’s both elegant and a touch bohemian.
The collection also includes vibrantly coloured tops and bottoms that are easy to throw together while always looking polished. Is your vibe simple and sophisticated? Bold and playful? A little bit in between? Create whatever aesthetic suits you best with ease. It’s dressing: decoded.
The best part is that we can look forward to collections like this every year! UNIQLO is making this collaboration with Claire Waight Keller an annual tradition, which means fresh fits and summery fashion year after year – although we’ll never know exactly what Keller plans to unveil before it’s here.
The collection will be launched in two phases. Spring is set to hit the shelves on February 22nd, while Summer items will follow later on March 8th
