A famous Japanese Cheesecake shop has opened its first Edmonton location

Headed to West Edmonton Mall anytime soon? Even if you’ve been there 100 times, there’s always something new to see, do, or eat!

After much anticipation, Uncle Tetsu has finally opened the doors to their 2nd spot in Alberta and foodies are definitely going to want to sink their teeth into this!

Located on the first floor, right across from the Deep Sea Adventure Lake, this tasty bakery has become wildly popular since it was founded in 1985.

According to their website, these desserts, and your experience, will be “world-class” and that’s because they pay attention to the little things.

“Come enjoy world-class Japanese-inspired customer service where each individual is warmly appreciated,” their description reads. 

“Our three signature items are our classic Japanese Cheesecake, our Japanese Cheesetarts, and Japanese Honey Madeleines which you can see being made fresh throughout the day by our skilled bakers.”
