This Filipino food and drink festival is all about Ube & it’s coming to Toronto

Drop absolutely everything! If you’re a massive fan of all things Ube, this next Toronto event is for you. A two-night market featuring Filipino food, drinks, and entertainment is coming to the city this weekend!

On September 8th and 9th, the Bentway will host the UBE Night Market, welcoming all to enjoy two days of Filipino art, culture, and history, along with delicious eats.

From the sweetest of creations to the savoury delights that Filipino cuisine is known for – get ready to eat.

This event is absolutely free to enjoy. You can dance the night away courtesy of a guest DJ, and bands and even enjoy a magic show.

As for food vendors, local names like Kanto By Tita Flips, iSLAS Filipino BBQ, The Kakao Guy, EDGE BBQ & Grill, will be in attendance.
