Two of Vancouver’s best fried chicken spots are teaming up for a limited time

To be honest with you, this is one collaboration we thought would never happen in Vancouver. Two of our city’s biggest names- JUKE Fried Chicken and DL Chicken, are coming together for three days only next month. Here’s what you need to know about it!

While there’s more or less a full menu to explore, there are two items that we think you need to try. The ‘Juke’N on the DL Chicken Sando’ features a JUKE batter and BBQ sauce, DL’s slaw and pickles, and your choice of JUKE’s Spicy Boyz sauce or DL’s range of dry spices. Along with that, there’s also a potato salad that features DL’s base, but with JUKE’s pickle blend and brown butter crispy bits.

Now, for a slight catch. Instead of hosting at either location, the two will be meeting up at Steel & Oak Brewing in New Westminster. But, since it’s happening on a weekend (July 9th-11th), we think it’s a great excuse to take a little day trip out there! Steel & Oak is just a stone’s throw from a nice waterfront park, making it the perfect option for a picnic or a post-walk patio beer.

Either way, we definitely think this is one collaboration you need to try. This is what it’s like when worlds collide, Vancouver!

JUKE x DL Chicken Collaboration

When: July 9th to July 11th
Where: 1319 3rd Avenue, New Westminster
