Concerts are back and in a big way! If you’re ready to get back to your concert-going days then we have some good news for you. There are tons of shows to check out, featuring both local and global artists. Here are 10 live concerts that you can see in Washington this summer.
Another amazing local musician is DJ and producer Sango. We’ll bet that you’ve heard plenty of his catchy tunes and they’re guaranteed to remind you of pre-pandemic nights out. If you’re looking for a big pick-me-up to help you return to concert-going, this is definitely it.

Local music, local music, local music, we’re all about it! This band takes a humorous approach to feminine stereotypes and in their lyrics and is just all-around good music. Not to mention you really can’t go wrong with seeing them at one of Seattle’s OG concert venues.

Tune-Yards is described as a music project and is one of those bands you might not have heard of but will definitely listen to after you do. Their poppy songs are hard to ignore and special guest Salami Rose Joe Louis has a soothing sound that’s sure to balance out the concert.

If you’re into indie rock then chances are you know about indie rock band Surfer Blood. They’ve been around for a minute and have seen lots of ups and downs. So if you want some indie tunes in one of Seattle’s more unique venues you can check them out at Chop Suey this August.

We’ll bet that you’ve heard Small Black’s catchy tunes before. The Brooklyn-based band has a catchy sound that’s sure to have you dancing along. If you’re looking for something feel-good to help you get back into concert-going this might just be it.

Alicia Keys is back and better than ever with her 2021 world tour. Whether you’re a current fan or have loving nostalgia for her old hits, we think this is a perfect cap for summer. After all, she’s easily one of the most beloved living R&B artists. So why not see her in concert?

If you like Latin pop and/or reggaeton then you definitely know who Maluma is. This concert is pretty much guaranteed to put you in a good mood. And it’ll also probably give you some flashbacks to clubbing. You could probably use both of those things so considering giving this concert a go.

Nothing quite like Nu Metal to help you cap summer. Deftones might not be for everyone but it’s undeniably catchy music. These giants will be taking over WAMU Theatre and will probably give you one of the better concerts you’ve seen.
