This Ontario hiking trail is a natural gem that leads to a hidden beach

Are you looking for a thrilling adventure? This hiking trail is calling your name! Twin Points Trail is a stunning trek that highlights the beauty of Georgian Bay. Here’s what to know.

Located within Killbear Provincial Park, almost three hours away from Toronto, this hiking trail is a “natural gem”, according to Ontario Parks. And it’s identified as one of the Georgian Bay Biosphere Mnidoo Gamii’s Amazing Places.

It’s about a 1.6 KM long trek and should take you about 40 minutes to complete.

Your journey begins from the parking lot and leads through a forest of Red Maple, White Pine, Red Oak, and Yellow and White Birch.

As you continue through, you end up leaving the forest and approaching rock barrens.

But the best part of this trail is this hidden beach which can be found between rocky points overlooking Killbear Peninsula, according to Ontario Parks.

There are also two lovely view points to capture the beauty of Georgian Bay.

Part of this trail is also wheelchair accessible so everyone can enjoy a stunning view.

Killbear Provincial Park is one of those parks with beach mats and all-terrain wheelchairs.

It’s an adventure of all and not one to miss this summer!
