Toronto is plunging into winter with snow & freezing temps this week

Well, it was fun while it lasted. The above-seasonal weather we’ve enjoyed this fall is about to come to an abrupt end, according to the current Toronto weather forecast.

According to The Weather Network, Toronto will get anywhere from 1 cm to 3 cm of wet snow on Tuesday, November 15th.

Scattered flurries are expected throughout the week, along with bone-chilling temperatures as low as -1°C, feeling like -8°C on Saturday.

AccuWeather is predicting slightly warmer temperatures compared to The Weather Network.

However, it says that both Tuesday and Wednesday will be hit with snow and rainfall totals of 3 cm to 6 cm.

The Weather Network says that “cold and blustery conditions” are on the way for Ontario, feeling like an early start to December weather.

It seems like The Weather Network’s November forecast predictions are pretty spot-on.

The outlet said that Ontario would enjoy warmer-than-normal temperatures at the start of the month.

However, it said that Ontario would get a taste of wintry weather come mid-November as the cold temperatures track east.

“As we head towards the end of November, we expect a shift in the pattern, with the focus of the coldest weather spreading across Central Canada, including much of Ontario and into western Quebec,” the outlet said.

As for what the winter has in store for Ontario, it’s still too early to tell.

The Weather Network will be releasing its winter weather outlook later this month — stay tuned and stay warm!
