This Filipino BBQ eatery in Toronto opens in the most unlikely spot & here’s where

Who knew that the next great spot for Filipino cuisine in Toronto would be inside a comedy club?! Well, you best believe it because it’s true. You can now find Tito’s BBQ Cookout inside this Kensington Market comedy club.

The barbecue spot had served as a pop-up outside the hub for the summer, but it will now be located inside Nothing Fancy starting next week.

Tito’s BBQ Cookout first started with two strangers, Joe Harlem and Miles Medrano, who became friends after randomly meeting on the street.

They are now the power duo cooking up Filipino dishes at the new spot.

Not only will guests have the pleasure of munching down on mouthwatering Filipino BBQ cuisine, but they can also place orders for lumpia, sisig and so much more. The full menu can be viewed here.

Tito’s BBQ Cookout will host a soft open on Thursday, prior to its grand opening. It will officially open for all to enjoy, on August 15 at 276 August Avenue.

You have to stop by, enjoy some stand-up comedy from local acts and eat all the lumpia that your heart desires.
